Spinach & Artichoke Dip with Air Fried Bowtie Pasta
This is one of the best dips I have ever tried. The richness of the creamy, cheesy goodness goes SO WELL with the fried bowtie pasta. Honestly, I have never tried a dip with pasta! And I have to tell y’all.
It is an absolute game changer! My kids, my husband, my SOUL lives for this deliciousness. I so hope you like it as much as we do!

Spinach & Artichoke Dip with Air Fried Bowtie Pasta
First make your groceries at Rouses Markets.
Then, gather your:
For the dip:
- One small jar of artichoke hearts
- One can of green spinach
- 2 table spoons of butter
- 2 table spoons of flour
- 3 cups of milk (about)
- 1 tablespoon Garlic powder
- 1/2 table spoon Garlic salt
- 1 tablespoon Onion powder
- Salt to taste
- Pepper (4 cranks)
- A PINCH of Cayenne Pepper
- Half cup sharp cheddar cheese
- Half cup Parmesan cheese
- 1 cup of seasoned bread crumbs
For the Topping:
- Half stick of room temp salted butter
- 1/4 cup of sharp cheddar
- 1/4 cup Parmesan
- 1/2 cup seasoned breadcrumbs
- 5 shakes of salt
For the Fried Bowtie:
- I package of Bowtie pasta
- 2 eggs
- 2 cups of seasoned bread crumbs
Now let’s make it!
In a sauce pan start with 2 tablespoons of butter on medium/high heat.
Once melted, add 2 tablespoons of flour and whisk until a light brown roux forms.
Quickly add about a half cup of milk as needed to loosen the mixture.
Turn heat down to Medium. Once your consistency becomes something like a white gravy start to add your seasonings.
Add the garlic powder, garlic salt, onion powder, salt, pepper and cayenne.
Now taste!
Add in your cheeses and incorporate with one another.
Drain your artichokes and spinach. On a cutting board, chop both to make smaller pieces. Not too small though.
Add Artichokes and spinach to the sauce pan.
Cook on medium/low heat for about 15 minutes stirring occasionally.
Once dip is cooked, pour into a nonbreakable baking dish. Add your topping by gently mixing softened butter cheeses and breadcrumbs in a small bowl. Spoon over the top of dip and
Bake at 375 degrees for about 20 minutes.
For the Bowtie:
After you boil the pasta like usual, drain and pat dry.
Make your wash by whisking together 2 eggs in one bowl.
In the other, add 2 cups of breadcrumbs.
Pour the cooked pasta into the egg wash.
Make sure to coat all of the pasta in the egg wash.
Then, pour pasta into the bowl of breadcrumbs.
Toss together until nice and coated with the breadcrumbs.
Once accompanied with one another, toss into the air fryer until lightly golden!
