The NolaPapa Kids Book Club is a fun, new way to get kids excited about reading. Created to bring families together through books, activities, prizes, and community connection, the club helps young readers build confidence one story at a time.
Each month, kids receive a new book selection along with a fun activity kit designed to make reading feel interactive, creative, and rewarding.
A Book Club Built for Kids
The NolaPapa Kids Book Club makes reading more than something kids do at home — it becomes an experience they can share.
From monthly book picks to local meet-ups and kid-led author Q&As, the club gives children a chance to read, connect, ask questions, and celebrate stories in a way that feels exciting and memorable.
How It Works
Each month, members receive a book and activity kit to enjoy at home. Kids complete the activities, then come together for a special meet-up filled with food, fun, prizes, and community.
At the end of the month, participating kids also get the chance to join a live author Q&A — and the best part is that it is kid-led.
The monthly experience includes:
- A new book selection for kids to read
- Fun activities and gifts connected to each story
- A local family meet-up with food, prizes, and community partners
- A live author Q&A where kids get to ask the questions
- Rewards and prizes for attending meet-ups
Attendance Means Rewards
The club is designed to encourage participation and celebrate consistency.
Kids who attend the monthly meet-up are eligible for special prizes and rewards. It is a simple way to make reading feel exciting, social, and worth showing up for.
